The Catholic church commomerates the death anniversary of one the most revered missionaries and visionary souls - St. Francis Xavier, on 3rd December. And indeed, it's a blessed and joyful occasion for each one of us, to receive his patronage, providence and protection and get deeply rooted in the core values of our patron saint, preached and practised.
Though, St. Francis Xavier lived only for 46 years, his virtous legacy had lit the light to all the corners of the world, by infusing the spirit of humanity, through tender caring, sharing and with a defined blend of vision for his missions. He traveled from one country to the other, through many worst conditions at sea and shore, to spread the message of God's love, especially for the underprivileged sections of the society.
Thus, he crossed all the barriers and boundaries to transform the world, by educating the society, for the sake of humanity. And today, there are thousands of such esteemed institutions bloomed, all around the world, under his patronage, to enlighten the heart of humanity. And we, the Xavierites of Rajkot, also have become one of those blessed and privileged ones.
So, on our patrons day, let us take up a meaningful task - let's work selflessly, at least for a noble cause, where we can bring a change and become the torch bearers of a social change. May God's blessings hand and our patron St. Francis Xavier's exemplary intercessions, prompt us always to be worthy Xavierites.
Wishing all my dear Xavierites - "HAPPY FEAST... MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL".Copyright © 2022 Lofty Technologies. All Rights Reserved
